Absolute Body Fitness organises individual training for each client and focuses on a broad spectrum of training, human performance and overall health. Our aim is for continual growth of each client’s fitness and mental strength.
First and foremost, we do not utilise a ‘standard’ program. ABF training cannot be described in general as it’s tailored to each individual’s goals, fitness and lifestyle. It’s essential that each ABF program evolves with the needs and goals of the client.
