Fat Loss Programme (24 sessions over 8 weeks)

Fat loss is a goal that many people struggle with and one that we have been helping many of our clients with over the years. We will tailor our 
programme to suit your specific needs.

The package includes three one-to-one training sessions per week and will combine a range of training methods tailored to your fitness level and 
designed to maximize your body’s ability to burn fat.

You will also be given a structured diet plan to follow which is designed to support your training and optimize fat loss. If you commit to your goal, 
you will see fantastic results from this programme.

Muscle Building Package (28 sessions over 8 weeks)

Bulk up with this muscle building combination of training and nutrition. The package includes three (First four weeks) followed by four 
(Last four weeks) training sessions per week, which balances the right amount of training with rest and recovery. This will allow your body 
to adjust to the demands and produce the best results. A structured diet plan will also help optimize the results gained from the sessions.

Postnatal Package (16 sessions over 8 weeks)

Our combination of personalized training methods including resistance work and cardiovascular training will get you back into shape and feeling 
great after your pregnancy. It should be started six weeks after birth unless you have had a C-section or complications. Always consult your 
GP before starting any new exercise programmes.

Month Blast Programme (12 sessions in 4 weeks)

Get a leaner and fitter body in only four weeks with our month blast programme. Designed to work on strength and cardiovascular alongside 
flexibility and mobility. It is suitable for everyone – beginners, intermediate and advanced depending on the outcome of your fitness assessment. 

The programme will be three sessions a week over a four week period.
A structured diet plan will also help optimize the results gained from the sessions.

Wedding Programme (36 sessions over 12 weeks)

Get in shape for your big day and honeymoon with our twelve week programme. With three sessions a week we’ll be targeting all those important 
areas such as arms, thighs, glutes and core.

You will also be given a structured diet plan to follow which is designed to support your training and optimize results.
