Bulk up with this muscle building combination of training and nutrition. The package includes three (First four weeks) followed by four (Last four weeks) training sessions per week, which balances the right amount of training with rest and recovery.

This will allow your body to adjust to the demands and produce the best results. A structured diet plan will also help optimize the results gained from the sessions.

POSTNATAL PACKAGE

(16 sessions over 8 weeks)

Our combination of personalized training methods including resistance work and cardiovascular training will get you back into shape and feeling great after your pregnancy.

It should be started six weeks after birth unless you have had a C-section or complications. Always consult your GP before starting any new exercise programmes.
